Insurance (Vehicle) Amendment Act, 2026
Bill M 237 amends the Insurance (Vehicle) Act to extend the period in which a catastrophic injury benefit claim may be made, and amends the Permanent Impairment Regulation to reduce the number of amputations that count as a catastrophic injury.
