Drug Recovery and Community Safety Act

Cancels authorization and funding for supervised consumption sites, overdose prevention sites and other controlled substance use sites, requires a plan to redirect that funding, conditions provincial funding on abstinence, suspends benefits on possession convictions, and overrides the Residential Tenancy Act.
