Business Practices and Consumer Protection Amendment Act, 2025
Bill 4 amends the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act to bar consumer contract terms that block reviews, class proceedings or court claims, and to reset the disclosure, cancellation and automatic renewal rules for consumer contracts.
