Vaping Product Damages and Health Care Costs Recovery Act
Passed the Legislature 49 to 42
Bill 24 creates a direct government action against vaping product manufacturers, wholesalers and consultants for the cost of health care benefits that a vaping related wrong caused or contributed to, and sets rules for those proceedings.
