Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2025
Bill 12 amends the Motor Vehicle Act to lower from 19 to 18 the age at which a person may apply for their own licence, to require prescribed motorcycle riders to wear prescribed protective gear, and to add licensing regulation powers.
